Proposed Data Centers in S Whitehall & Upper Mac — Virtual LV Planning Commission Hearings

Lehigh Valley Planning Commission members will hold two meetings to discuss the South Whitehall Township data center plans. A Comprehensive Planning Committee meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 20.

The proposed South Whitehall Township data center plans will also be discussed at the Full Lehigh Valley Planning Commission Meeting on January 22, 7 PM.

A data center totaling more than 5 million square feet has been proposed for in South Whitehall Township. The plans are for six buildings on more than 400 acres. The complex would sit across from Parkland High School.

Plans for a 2.6 million-square-foot data center at the former Air Products site in Upper Macungie Township has also been proposed. A hearing for that site has been set for the end of February.
