ULDC will be targeting canvases on these weekends:
August 22-23 in North Whitehall & September 26-27 TBA

No worries! After a brief training and downloading the app, you’ll be good to go. And, if you want to have a buddy–bring a friend, or we can assign an experienced canvasser to go with you.
Volunteers can canvas any day of the week!

For example, you can ask to knock doors in your own neighborhood at a time you think would be best.
Did you know: Every door knock is meaningful — even if no one answers!
1. We are leaving information on the candidates, increasing their name recognition, and raising awareness of the upcoming election.
2. Every knock helps the candidate who has to report how many doors were knocked on their behalf. The number of volunteers and the number of doors knocked translates to monetary and intangible benefits. This is analogous to non-profits where grants might be awarded based on the number of volunteers they have.
Even if we don’t feel like we have many meaningful conversations,
our effort at door knocking is meaningful to voters and candidates.
