CIVIL RIGHTS/GOVERNMENT–  Repeal Citizens United and ban corporate PAC money. Mandate term limits and ban stock trading for members of Congress. Fair taxes for the rich. Protect voting rights.

HEALTH CARE–  Build a fair, sustainable health care system. Repeal the Big Beautiful Bill.

SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION–  Power the Lehigh Valley. Stick with solar power and wind power; not in favor of nuclear power.

HOUSING–  Provide entry-level housing, and provide it faster than we’ve been doing it.

EMPLOYMENT– Raise the minimum wage. Strengthen unions.

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS– Let women make their own health care decisions. I’m very concerned about women’s health care choice in the future.

EDUCATION– Help young people afford college and trade schools. Fund public schools.

TAX REFORM– Repeal Citizens United and take our elections back from the 1%. Ban corporate PAC money from politics. Make the rich pay their fair share of taxes.

THE ECONOMY – Expand the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit because families have been hit hardest by the affordability crisis. The federal government’s current levels of deficit spending are not sustainable. Reduce the budget deficit by making the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share of taxes and ensure that taxpayer dollars are used efficiently. Dock the salaries of members of Congress during shutdowns; they should not be paid when dedicated public servants are not getting paid.

IMMIGRATION –  Require ICE agents to de-mask and follow the law. Ensure money appropriated by Congress is spent on keeping Americans safe from violent crime, not on deporting peaceful longtime friends and neighbors. Create a pathway to citizenship for longtime residents who have followed the law. Invest in border security and engage with our neighbors to prevent illegal drug trafficking.

CIVIL RIGHTS/GOVERNMENT –  Codify a nationwide ban on partisan gerrymandering and mid-decade redistricting. 18-year fixed terms for Supreme Court justices. Constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United. Term limits for members of Congress. Prohibition on stock trading by members of Congress. Two-year lobbying ban on former members of Congress after they leave office. Legislation to get dark money out of our state and local elections. Legislation to reimburse states who prevail in lawsuits against the federal government to provide money already appropriated by Congress but seized by the administration.

HEALTH CARE –  Reverse Republican’s crippling cuts to Medicaid. Extend Obamacare subsidies to prevent premiums from doubling. Provide a public option for health care so Americans have access to quality health care. Address price-gouging by drug industry middlemen. Expand Medicare’s ability to negotiate lower drug costs. Stop abuses by insurance companies so they can’t deny coverage prescribed by doctors.

SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION – Repeal the Big Ugly Bill and reinstitute clean energy tax credits to help reduce utility costs and meet energy needs. Fight the construction of any AI data center built in or around PA-07 that would increase energy costs or damage the environment.

HOUSING –  Pass legislation for building more housing across PA-07 to keep up with demand. End tax benefits for predatory real estate investors who are driving up costs.

EMPLOYMENT – Fix our current system that props up tech billionaires on the backs of teachers and tradesmen.

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS – Sponsor a bill to restore protections of Roe v. Wade and abortion rights as the law of the land.

EDUCATION – Incentivize colleges to make tuition affordable and to ensure students find work after graduation by requiring the colleges to assume a percentage of their students’ loan debt. Support Lehigh Valley vocational and technical education options. Reverse Trump’s crippling cuts to the Department of Education and federal education funding.

TAX REFORM – It is unpatriotic for the top 1% of the wealthiest Americans to spend their time, money, and influence to shift the tax burden to everyday Americans. Big corporations and the wealthiest Americans need to pay their fair share, resulting in a tax   system that rewards hard work, not accumulated wealth.

GUN VIOLENCE – Military weapons have no place on our streets. We need to pass commonsense reforms supported by most Americans, including universal background checks centralized using the FBI’s criminal database, closing gun show loopholes, limiting the availability of high capacity magazines, and strict liability lawsuits against gun manufacturers for victims of mass shootings

THE ECONOMY  –  The American economy should work for all Americans. We must level the playing field for the middle class, reducing the effective tax burden and rewarding workers for doing their fair share.

IMMIGRATION/CIVIL RIGHTS  –  Stop the abuse by ICE. Put the Department of Homeland Security under the Justice and Labor Departments where they belong.

GOVERNMENT/DEMOCRACY  –  Government should invest in new industries to maintain our competitive edge. Influx of capital to new sectors adds money and new jobs locally.

HEALTH CARE –  A single-payer system will save the average Pennsylvanian $1,000 every year, while ensuring full coverage for medically necessary care. The system should include a single broker to negotiate prescription drug costs.

SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION – We must put America back to its rightful place in leading the charge for progress and innovation. The Lehigh Valley is the perfect site for a nuclear fusion research facility that would provide permanent blue collar jobs.

HOUSING  –  The housing market is stacked against first time homebuyers. Foreign buyers purchased more than $56 billion in American real estate (4/2024 to 3/2025), jacking up rent for homes. We should put a progressive tax on landlords and ban foreign entities from buying our land and houses.

EMPLOYMENT – The Lehigh Valley is one of the fastest growing regions in the U.S. We need the jobs to keep pace. Although government shouldn’t run businesses, it should invest in bringing blue and white collar jobs to the region.

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS  – Codify Roe v. Wade to allow safe and legal abortions. Make it mandatory for businesses to provide insurance for reproductive care.

EDUCATION  – Our success as a society is directly linked to the quality of our education. The Republican-controlled Congress has repeatedly voted for fewer teachers in classrooms and for policies that will lead to lower test scores. Our schools should be safe and have modern heating and cooling. We should have more teachers with higher pay, and schools should be funded well enough that teachers don’t have to pay for classroom supplies out of their own pockets. When a student graduates from high school, the federal government should offer interest free loans for the first degree or trade school certification that student chooses. That’s how we improve quality of life and make economic output skyrocket.

TAX REFORM – Stop $3 trillion in tax exemptions given to giant corporations. When corporations pay their fair share, our tax rates go down.

THE ECONOMY  –  Instead of reducing the sky high costs of groceries, housing, healthcare and utilities, Trump is focusing on international economic policies that are hurting our economy. His tariffs have already increased our prices and raised our taxes. Now his misadventure in Venezuela will further erode our economic strength. I will prioritize small businesses and the people who work for them.

IMMIGRATION  –  We need secure borders and the deportation of violent criminals, but masked men running around the streets of our cities, picking people up randomly, that’s a problem. Going into schools, going into churches; nobody likes that. We need to focus on transparency and accountability, explaining to the public what happened, why it happened, how we are going to correct it, and taking responsibility for it.

CIVIL RIGHTS/GOVERNMENT  –  There is no doubt that our democracy is under threat, and we must protect it. We need to fight ICE and fight hard and do it with political power. I have an extensive governing record, providing leadership in times of crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. As County Executive, I oversaw thousands of employees, managed a budget of $500 million, lowered taxes, and supported farmland preservation. I’m a person who can get stuff done.

HEALTH CARE –  I will fight to save Medicare, which this administration want to dismantle. I support universal health care.

SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION – We should continue to use renewable energy sources, but we should also consider increasing nuclear power, especially if we build data centers that use a lot of energy.

HOUSING –  We need a national solution to provide more affordable housing. We should focus on building senior housing and public housing.

EMPLOYMENT – As an attorney, I fought for working families against corporate interests and for steelworkers against asbestos manufacturers. I will continue to fight for the middle class, including offering middle class tax cuts.

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS –  I will ensure medical care for vulnerable people by strengthening the Affordable Care Act, restoring cuts to Medicaid and SNAP, preventing cuts to Medicare, and providing access to medications.

Expand the number of immigration judges, hire additional support staff, and modernize court systems so families aren’t stuck in years-long legal limo and cases are handled efficiently and fairly. Fully reopen DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) applications, continue renewals without interruption, and ensure stable federal funding so Dreamers can work, pursue their education, and contribute to our communities without fear. Stand up to the Trump administration’s targeting of immigrant communities.

CIVIL RIGHTS/GOVERNMENT –  Protect voting rights by supporting the For the People Act. Defend marriage equality and advance fairness and equality for LGBTQIA+ people. Strengthen civil rights protections in policing, schools, immigration, and housing. Increase oversight so no one is above the law. Support common-sense gun safety legislation, youth mental health funding, and violence prevention education. Support congressional term limits. Ban members of Congress from trading stocks. End Citizens United. Ban partisan and racial gerrymandering. Strengthen ethics rule for federal officeholders.
HEALTH CARE –  Expand access to affordable, high-quality coverage by strengthening the Affordable Care Act and its subsidies. Extend the Enhanced Premium Tax Credits that make marketplace insurance more affordable. Allow Medicare and Medicaid to negotiate lower prescription drug prices. Fight for a future with universal health care.

SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION – Create a clear federal framework for AI developed with independent experts, workers, and consumers, not just big tech lobbyists. Protect the rights of states and local governments to regulate data centers, energy use, water use, and privacy. Require companies with federal contracts to retrain and support workers displace by AI. Strengthen antitrust laws so tech monopolies can’t control market.

HOUSING –  Expand and modernize federal affordable housing programs so they reach the lowest-income families. Establish the first-ever Office of Tenant Rights at the federal level to educate and protect tenants from predatory landlords. Crack down on Wall Street and large corporations that buy up homes and price families out of their own neighborhoods. Support incentives for first-time homebuyers, including closing cost assistance, loan incentives, and first-time homebuyer savings accounts. Restore clean energy and efficiency incentives that lower electric bills and create good-paying union jobs. Protect the Energy Star Program. Protect funding for Industrial Assessment Centers, including Lehigh University’s IAC.

EMPLOYMENT – Pass the PRO Act to protect the right of workers to organize and bargain for better pay and safer workplaces. Invest in Small Business Development Centers and mentorship programs like SCORE. Support efforts to reshore manufacturing and strengthen domestic supply chains. Protect investments in innovation through the CHIPS and Science Act and Inflation Reduction Act. Restore key positions eliminated by DOGE at the National Labs focused on research and innovation advancing energy solutions. Preserve pro-innovation tax incentives that support research and development for startups and small businesses. Introduce an AI Adjustment Assistance for Workers Act to provide federal assistance, retraining, income support, and relocation help for workers who involuntarily lose their jobs due to AI.

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS – Protect our fundamental freedom to make personal health care decisions. Defend reproductive freedom and gender-affirming care. Codify Roe v. Wade into federal law.

EDUCATION – Expand career and technical education and strengthen pathways from high school to apprenticeships, community college, and good-paying jobs. Protect Head Start so more children can access early childhood education. Expand Child Care Development Block Grants (CCDBG) to increase access to affordable, high-quality child care.

TAX REFORM – Expand middle-class tax credits and roll back tax giveaways for billionaire donors.

HEALTH CARE –  Support Medicare for All and include mental health, vision, etc. Launch investigations into hospital billing and insurance denials. Reallocate resources to veterans to prevent high number of suicides among our veterans.

SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION –  Assure oversight of AI, their data centers, and other emerging technology. Right now, quiet approvals, limited records, and fast-tracked decisions are concentrating enormous power in the hands of a few AI companies that control data, pricing, and automation with almost no public accountability.

HOUSING –  Housing should be affordable. We need to get rid of wealth inequality by increasing taxes for the wealthy and big corporations so middle and low income workers can keep more of their income.

EMPLOYMENT – Workers should be guaranteed a living wage—minimum of $45,000/year. Support strong labor rights and the freedom to organize.

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS – Codify Roe v. Wade. Include trans issues in health care coverage.

EDUCATION –  We need to educate people to look back at the wrongs that people have committed and then move forward and not repeat those wrongs.

TAX REFORM – Assure the big corporations and rich people pay their fair share of taxes.

Reverse Citizens United. Need a law that permits recalling non-performing public servants. Propose a version of the American Anti-Corruption Act. We need to stop the infringement of our Constitution. Impeach the five justices of the Supreme Court who are defying the Constitution; then we should expand the court to 13 justices.

HEALTH CARE –  Free, high-quality Medicare for All. Ask veterans what improvements are needed in VA health care, then make the changes to provide better care.

SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION –  We should increase nuclear power; the new plants are safer than the old ones. AI has exploded onto the world, largely unregulated. We need an emergency manual disconnect of AI systems as a form of ultimate control over rogue AI creators that act against the interests of human societies.

HOUSING –  To provide more affordable housing, try “tiny homes.”  It’s been successful elsewhere, and the time we need them is now!

EMPLOYMENT – Give tax breaks to small businesses.

REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS – Codify Roe v. Wade so future presidents can’t change it.

EDUCATION – We need to educate our young people about the dangers of guns.
