DONATION SCHEDULE:
∎ Donations must be received before April 20.
∎ Before April 18: Contact Dianne (Diannegillikin@yahoo.com, or call or text 610-704-0998) to set up specific donation drop off time
∎ Sat. April 18 & Sun. April 19: Donations will be accepted 8am to 8pm
#1 Sign Up to Help With the Sale!
Yard Sale Assistants — Days of Sale Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25 at 5168 Stahley Dr, Schnecksville. If you can give as little as 2–3 hours, we would love your “able assistance” with the following roles:
- Working the cash register (no experience needed)
- Helping customers
Yard Sale Prep — helping hands earlier in the week (April 18-23). Lower priority than the sale days, they are a great way to get involved if you aren’t available for the sale itself! Please use the link to sign up for sorting, pricing, set up, and/or sale days. Lots of opportunities: day/evening, weekday/weeknight.
#2 Donate Your Gently Used Treasures!
ITEMS TO DONATE
Gently-used or new unwanted household items, in working order and in good condition.
Smaller items are preferred. The types of things we’re looking for:
Clothing: Good quality
Home & Garden: Small appliances, tools, garden equipment, vintage dishes or glassware.
Entertainment: Books (bestsellers/children’s), games, toys, puzzles, LPs, CDs, and DVDs.
Accessories: Costume jewelry, shoes, and handbags.
Decor & More: Art, craft supplies, and holiday decor.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are not accepting baby items such as infant seats, strollers, cribs, etc. Also, no upholstered furniture will be accepted.
Please feel free to check with friends/neighbors to see if they may want to donate.
(Please note that all unsold items will be donated to charity.)
#3 Provide Extra Folding Tables or Portable Clothes Racks!
If you can loan a folding table or portable clothing rack for the sale, please call Dianne at 610-704-0998 to coordinate.
